Happy Valentine's Day!!!

"A dog is a man's best friend.  A cat is a cat's best friend."

Hi, Friends.....

Happy Valentine's Day to you all.  I am here with the first of several cards I made and I am going to try to link them up to a few challenges all from the same post.....time will tell if that is even possible!!! Ha.  So if this post gets all edited and cut into pieces, you'll know the experiment failed!!  :)  Experiment Failed.  Back to formula.

Most of these valentines are variations on a theme and that's one reason I am tried lumping so many together in one post.  I will have one large photo and other smaller views that you can enlarge by right clicking and selecting View Image.  You can enlarge them further with the magnifier, if desired.

My descriptions will be quite abbreviated....for me.  Ha!  So if you have questions, let me know.  :)

Okay......Enjoy the valentines.

Valentine #1
Valentine #1 is a masculine one that I sent to my dear Dad along with some valentine cookies.  :)
Layered embossing by gluing patterned hearts to background and dry embossing - Darice Checkered folder.  Sponged with Distress inks - Fired Brick, Walnut Stain.  Copper Painters marker - These have a chemical odor, but I am determined to use them.  Ugh.

More to come..........so stayed tuned.  I will be adding more (I hope) by editing this post.  Nope each one will require its own post!!  It will be funny to see all my strikeouts when you finally get down to this valentine!!!  Ha.
