Hi, Friends.....
Have you missed me? Things have been wild and crazy here and on top of everything else, Little Peach and I have colds. Ugh....
I did snag some time to make an entry into the MFP Speedy Fox and Friends Winter Card Candy Challenge. You know, I don't get out much......so I only just recently even *heard* of "card candy". As explained on the challenge page, it is simply embellishments you make that can be put on your cards. Examples might be: a tag, decorated die-cuts, or layered images.
I chose to make some little vellum pouches that are similar to the happy parts of shaker cards.
Thanks for stopping by and looking at my card candy. These were fun to make and I actually was able to do it while Little Peach was up. Bonus!!!

What a fun idea to make those vellum pouches and fill them with sequins! I may have to do this too..and then start attaching them to everything! I believe I have packets of various holiday confetti pieces that I haven't been able to figure out how to use and this would be perfect! I can't wait to see how you use these!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean abt those packets of holiday confetti. I have a bunch of Christmas ones that I should store separately because I am positive they breed during the off-season when left together......I know I didn't buy all of those!!! Ha!
