Hi, Friends......
I TOLD you I had a flurry of cards to post! :)
You might recall that I recently began making cards and selling them at church on a donation basis for the family help center where I volunteer. It is a Christian ministry my church supports. I figured this was a way that I could do my part in raising money for the center.
Someone at church asked me to make a wedding card....which I did (actually two) and they both sold the week the lady was gone. So I made another one and it sold, too!....before the lady arrived at church that day! But it was okay because I had actually made a batch of similar ones....so now I have 5 more to take. This is one of them. :) Hopefully, the lady will manage to get one of these!!!
I am delighted to find a way to use the journaling cut-apart cards in the DCWV stacks. I strategically angled them around on one of the 12x12 sheets in the stack so the words would show and glued them down. Then I cut the piece to size for backgrounds. This lovely bride and groom stamp is one that Heather Hoffman recently sent me in a de-stashing prize. (THANKS, Heather!!!)

This is elegant, with a nice vintage vibe and I really like the monochromatic color combo. The stamped image looks beautiful in silver embossing and what a great idea to use those DCWV journaling cards! I'm going to be looking at those pages in my DCWV stacks in a whole new way after seeing this treasure. Everything about this is gorgeous.
