Christmas Toys for Kids - Rudolph Days

Hi, Friends.......

UGH....I am typing this with an injured hand.....

(2 badly sprained fingers plus a 3rd one that is also likely sprained....still not sure there isn't something broken inside the hand.....and it happened on a weekend so, of course, I didn't go to the doctor...sigh)
.....so please forgive errors and lackluster conversation in this post. Crafting was a trick, but typing with these fingers is even worse!!!!! OUCH.

Background is repurposed used gift wrap tissue decoupaged onto kraft cardstock. The red frames for the images are cut from a repurposed used red envelope.

Used MFT Sketch #439

Supplies used include:
Various small Christmas stamps of toys, etc from stash (some Hero Arts)
Versamark ink
Red embossing powder
My Favorite Things Die-namics - Stitched Square STAX die set
My Favorite Things Die-namics - Stitched Oval STAX die set
Spellbinders small frame dies
Winnie & Walter - Essentials: Katharine Cutaways die set
Serendipity - Merry Christmas sentiment
Mod Podge Matte finish

That's about all the typing I can handle for this post. I have one other post still to do. Ugh.... Thank you for stopping by. Say a prayer for my hand if you think of it, please! Thanks!!

  3. Poor you - sounds as if that's a nasty injury. Sounds like a trip to the doctors is still needed. Your card is gorgeous and I love how you used that sketch to such great effect. Take care, hope that hand improves and thanks for playing at The Christmas Kickstart again, Jo x

  5. Me again without my official hat on.
I pray for healing for your hand. That is a terrible injury for a crafter. Hope you are soon out of pain and and lucky to get a quick and clean recovery.

  8. Brilliant card Janis - but not so good about your hand! I'm with others who say you should see the doctor - even if only to confirm that nothing is broken! I love the cat cartoon :) Wish someone would teach Dudley to clrea all hist toys away when he's been playing.
