I have one more card to share for the Allsorts 13th Birthday Celebration.
A gal asked me to make a horse-themed card for her brother's 18th BD. I got out some fun horsey supplies and got to work. I had to use my computer to make the 18th BD sentiment, but the other one was stamped. I did not get the ink colors to match perfectly but they are pretty close. I chose twine tied in square knots for the embellishment....to suggest a rope halter.
Supplies used include:
Elizabeth Craft Designs - Farm Greetings stamp set (retired)
Memento Ink - Rich Cocoa
Distress Ink - Frayed Burlap
Scraps of Patterned and Solid Cardstock from my stash
Twine from stash

ReplyDeleteI join the other commenters in loving the twine and square knot. What a great design for a horse lover, and I think I recognize that patterned paper as being from the paper pad that you sent to me several years back! Is that horse shoe background stamped? So fun!
