Hi, Friends......
All month I have been making Christmas cards with odds and ends in my stash. I am determined to USE some of these bits that have been sitting in my Christmas boxes for literally years!! We'll see how many of them I actually get blogged for Christmas in July.... lol....
I had previously paired this pretty background scrap of very old patterned paper with the pink ribbon and doily and card base. I just needed to find an image to put on it. A friend sent me this sweet bell stamp that fit well. It had sat unused, but not unloved in my stash. I colored it up and got brave and even added some white gel pen highlights on the design. Too much? I hope not. I am not very good at doing accents like that!
I ended up making three cards of this design......two in pink and one in blue. Glad to be adding to my stack for December!!
Supplies used include:
M&C Boutique - Large Circle Frame die set (retired)
Whimsy Stamps Bonus Gift with Purchase (discontinued)
Inkylicious - Seasons Greetings x4 stamp set
Versafine Ink in Onyx Black
Spectrum Noir alcohol markers
White and Sparkle Gel Pens
Doodlebug - Mini Doilies
Scraps of white cardstock and patterned paper from stash
