Hey, it's my birthday today!!!

I feel like having a party and you are invited!!!
I know that if you lived near me, you would each be bringing me a little gift because that's the kind of friends you are!! Right???? So here's your opportunity to imagine you are my neighbor and leave me a comment mentioning the birthday gift you would choose for me if you lived nearby. A link would be lovely (but not required) so I can actually see what I would be receiving. :)
I hope I am making it clear that you are NOT REALLY giving me this item...it is a GAME. You choose something you would LIKE to give me and tell me what it is in the comment section to be entered into the giveaway! (I wouldn't want anyone to think I was expecting them to really send me a gift!! EEK!)
What's a party without a door prize?
I have a little surprise party gift for a randomly drawn party guest who "brought" a "gift". Here's how to be eligible for the giveaway:
1. Your "gift" should be $15 or less (internationals are welcome, but you will have to do your own currency conversions! lol..)
2. Your "gift" has to be something that hasn't already been previously "given" to me by another commenter. If you see the same thing mentioned in a earlier comment, please choose something else. (Really, how many packages of purple sequins can I actually USE???!!! Ha.)
3. The party doors will stay open through next Monday. Please leave your comment with your "gift" on this post by 11:59 pm PST on Monday, March 6, 2017. That gives you a whole week to "shop" for me. :)
4. My party is open world-wide!!

ReplyDeleteI would gift you a versafine onyx black inkpad because I have recently bought one and love the blackness of the black I get when stamping, also its good for water coloring and heat embossing. Its a must have I think.

Hi Janis, I would bring you a little packet of Paua shell pieces. This is a New Zealand shell in a beautiful range of colours, and they make great embellishments.

Michele.....What super-fun dies for accessorizing my kitty cards!!! I esp like how the pawprint die is a tag with a little hole in it so it can be strung together in a banner or used as a pendant or layered with other tags. Love the details with the fishbone!! DeleteOnly one time did anyone ever surprise me with a kitty...actually two kitties. Right after my hubby and I were first married, his sister gave us 2 Siamese-X kittens that were going to be disposed of. Cindy and Amy were our babies before our kids were born. We lost Amy when she was 8, but we had Cindy nearly 20 years.
Right now, my oldest cat, Chaienne, is almost 16. She was born a few months after Cindy died. I just realized recently that our nearly 36 years of marriage are encompassed by the lifetimes of just two cats.....my Sweet Cindy and my Shy-Baby. Kind of mind-blowing to think abt that!

Alicia, what a fabulous stamp AND die set!!! The faces that can be added are just great! .... everything from happy to sad to scared to mad! Ha. (I have a cat or two that can switch moods nearly that fast, too!!) Wonderful selection of sentiments, too. Purr more, Hiss less. lol... Even one from Grumpy Cat: I purred once...it was awful. Mm what would I buy you??? I'd get you two embossing folders, my favourites, Cuttlebug Swiss dots, and Sizzix by Stampin up Lattice folder. They're my go to folders I think.

I am reading through the gifts already chosen for you. I also am a huge fan of Newton from Newton's Nook Designs. I see someone is going to get you Aloha Newton and the latest Newton Loves Cake. I have bad hands and so always, always want dies to go with my stamps and I see that if I get you the Newton's Happy Mail stamps and dies, it would not be too much over and then you'd not have to fussy cut:) I am an avid cat stamp collector myself. I know I missed your birthday so I hope it was a great one!
