STORM DELAY....Sorry for the delay in getting this Wrap-Up Day Post up. My internet had been wonky all day yesterday and a storm was predicted last evening. It wasn't even thaaaaaaaaaaat much of a storm, but it must have hit the towers that are associated with our service because it all went dead. We are fine....just a little bit of wind and snow, with everything white this morning. But it was enough that I couldn't get my post up. Thank you for your patience and concern!! ❤
Welcome to the Wrap-Up Day for our 2022 Cat Lovers Hop. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO COMMENT ON PROJECTS AND TO PLAY IN THE DAILY GAMES. I know a number of you have already finished....but I haven't!! lol... With my crazy internet, I have only made it a little over halfway through the list. BUT I WILL GET THERE!! (Maybe not by tonight, though, but I am going to try!)

project Link-Up closed on Saturday, Oct. 29, but to give as many of you
as possible a chance to comment on the projects I kept comments open
several extra days. Comments close at 11:59 pm Pacific today, Wednesday, Nov. 2nd.
You also have through today to participate in the Daily Games that you will find on each of last week's posts. Comments on each of those posts also go into the draw for Comment Prizes. So if you have not caught up
on the Daily Games, this is the day to do that!

ReplyDeleteI was able to comment on every linkup except Split Coast Stampers. But I was able to "like" those entries. Thanks so much for this wonderful hop. It's so nice to have so many visits to my card posts. Everyone is always so encouraging!

ReplyDeleteI was able to comment on all entries except Nina's on FB - she must have it set to private/friends only. But I did <3 her entries as they were all fabulous!! And a shaker - my favorite!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to know the storm wasn't massive and that all that was lost was the internet. :-D I don't have access to any of the social media platforms except for Facebook and I commented on all of those except for 1 and I think she forgot to change her setting to Public because there was no option for leaving a comment on her post. Wonderful fun and great inspiration from everyone who played along in the hop. Huge thanks to you for taking the time and expending all the energy it takes to put this on every year. :-D
ReplyDeleteI couldn’t comment on SpiltCoast Stampers or on Nina Bodozian. Also Facebook deleted some peoples posts (Vivian told me) so if they were reinserted I don’t know if the comments were missing. Thank you for all your hard work.

ReplyDeleteHi Janis...just waking up in Australia. Glad to see you got your internet back. I am suffering from no internet since moving into our new house on October 1st. I hope it gets fixed soon! In the meantime I am hotspotting from my phone which is intermittent. Very frustrating! Anyway I managed to post all I wanted to and visit every project - so inspiring! I commented on all I could (I think Nina's settings were such that you needed to be a friend to comment but I 'liked' hers). I let Vivian know that a couple of her links were broken and I think she managed to relink...I know that some of my comments disappeared into the ether - by chance visiting some projects again no comment was visible... Anyway as usual a very enjoyable hop!!

Glad it all worked out, Janis! But snow? Yikes! Some parts of Canada have had snow but not here in Nova Scotia yet. It's been unseasonably mild. I am a member of all the sites mentioned so I was able to comment on all entries except Nina Bodozian in Facebook. I certainly hope I didn't miss anyone else as there were some disappearing comments at one blog.
ReplyDeleteI would like to thank everyone who took the time to comment on my cards and especially Brian's cards. I read each and every comment to him daily, and they were very touching, and to those people I would like to send a big hug! Brian didn't know if he still had his creativity after his stroke in 2018 but it really shone through with his love for Snowie, which motivated him to make the cards. Several people encouraged him to make more cards but he said not right away as he wants to try other creative pursuits. It really boosted his self-confidence so THANK YOU to everyone for their kindness and compassion! He even won a Top 5 at SUYP and he was very excited about that (thank you, Fiki)! Cat-loving crafters are the BEST!

ReplyDeleteFun hop. Commented on all blogs. Was not able to comment on Instagram, flickr or Split Coast Stampers accounts. I had an Instagram account and it no longer works, have tried to create a new one and that did not work, and not able to change password. My flickr account is no longer working and password unchangeable. Tried to comment on Split Coast Stampers and it gave me an error indicating unable to post comment.

I DID IT!!! I got every project (except those of Nina's on FB) commented on BEFORE the deadline!! Not sure, but this might be a first for me! I did have some trouble with Blogger eating my comments and spitting them out in some undisclosed alley, so I apologize if you do not see a comment from me on each of your projects. I was there and I DID comment. You all did a FABULOUS job!! THANK YOU.

Unfortunately, I only now saw that the WRAP-UP post is online and was no longer able to add myself to the list. I commented on every post (except on Facebook and Twitter and 2 blogs where my comments were not accepted).
