I am here with a fun little penguin card to enter into the Winnie & Walter Rerun Challenge #37. I don't own the adorable Stampets: Penguin Rerun set for this month, so I took inspiration from the penguins that each of the designers used and the contrasting dark and light background that Kelly used HERE.
