Bunches of Valentines

Hi, Friends.......

A friend gave me an order for 15 valentines and so I went a bit crazy with some seldom-used stamps, my long format scraps, and my Winnie & Walter - True Dotty Heart Cutaways die set!!!

So. Much. Fun!! After Christmas cards, Valentines are my favorite cards to make. I think I ended up making 24 in all....same design, but each a little bit different....so she had a good variety choose from.

I selected this one in traditional colors (mostly) to display on my blog, but you can see some others in wild colors at the bottom of this post. I will put a few of them on my Flickr to enter in some other challenges.

Supplies used for this valentine include:
Winnie & Walter - Big Hugs with Evelin T Designs stamp set
Versafine ink in Satin Red
Winnie & Walter - True Dotty Heart Cutaways die set
Tonic Studios - Nuvo Crystal Drops
Scraps, scraps, scraps!!!

Here are some of the others I made.......which ones catch your eye?? I really love the pastel ones and the ones in deep purple.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I hope you enjoyed seeing all these variations on a theme. My son will be my Valentine date this week since hubby is out of town. What do you have planned with your special one?

Janis

  10. These are all beautiful Janis. I like the tradition reds/pinks and you have lots here to love. I have to say the red/gold one (#8) is gorgeous! Beautifully done.
No plans for Valentine's that I am aware of although my hubby always brings home flowers. (Actually, I forgot it was today until about 10 minutes ago. Maybe I'll make him a mushy card...haha)

  13. Haha..after I finished cracking up at that funny Valentine cat poster (SO like a cat, right?) then I was agog at how many Valentine cards you managed to whip up! Wow, love how you used different color combos and papers ...and how the change in colors gives such a different feel to each of them. My favorite is the first one because I love the paper you used (and the red Nuvo drops!). I also really like the purple and black combos!
