Hi, Friends.....
I couldn't let Valentine's Day go by without posting this sweet owl card. I already have a card for my hubby, but I might give him this one, too! Whooo-hooo! It might be too cutesy for him, though. Still deciding. He doesn't get home until the wee hours tonight or tomorrow so I still have time to decide.
This is another "completely out of scraps and strays" card. I had this partial package of 3-D owl stickers and the sentiment strip cut off of a 12x12 paper. I teamed them up with a stray woodgrain background piece, some squares and loose leaf die-cuts, and a burlap banner cut ages ago. I also found some extra brown hearts I had cut several weeks ago. Yay!! LOVE this cute critter card! Awwwwww.....
Products used...ALL SCRAPS AND STRAYS!! Yay!!!Hope you enjoyed this sweet critter card! Thank you for stopping by.

ReplyDeleteLaughing with that one! I should have called it a Strays Challenge I think. Sooo ... did hubby end up getting this cute valentine as well?!
I love owls and what a fantastic card they made here. Thanks so much for joining us this time at the Pile it On Challenge, Elizabeth (DT)
ReplyDeleteYikes! Another card that I missed seeing?~! Well, I must have sleep-walked through February if I didn't see this one because it's ADORABLE! You couldn't have done a better job if it designed from scratch, and not from leftovers! Those owl stickers are already so cute but the strip of burlap and the wood-grained paper are the perfect rustic touch. I also love the colors you chose, with the bright green and blue contrasting with the brown and orange. This is a favorite!
