Hi, Friends.....
While I still had my Echo Park-Winter Wishes collection out, I decided to make another card with some of the fun stickers. This time I used this week's MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge for inspiration.
I did a mirror-image flip of the sketch and added a fun wintry owl sticker from the collection.
I added extra sparkle to the patterned paper background and sentiment panels with a silver sparkle pen. You can see the effect better in this angled shot.
Supplies used include:
Echo Park - Winter Wishes collection
Sakura Silver Sparkle Gel Pen
Winnie & Walter - Essentials: Katharine Cutaways die set
Darice/Core'dinations solid cardstock
Distress Ink for edges of panels
Hope you liked this fun and sweet little card. This year I am focusing on making multiples of my cards to try to use up some of my endless supply of papers and odds and ends. If I can't make two similar cards, I will try to make at least one additional card from any collections I get out to use. What crafty goals are you trying to implement this year?
Thank you, as always, for stopping by. I very much appreciate the time you spend visiting and commenting! It means a lot to me.

Hi, Friends.....
Happy New Year to you all! I have been busy sorting and reorganizing my craft room. I have so much stuff!!! Eeek! January is a great month for getting things back in order after the holidays. I have tons to do in my craft room, but it already is looking better.
I'm here to share my first 2020 Christmas card with you. The lovely Jo over at Christmas Kickstart already has her first challenge of the year up and the theme is Penguin Parade. I remembered I had this adorable retired Echo Park-Winter Wishes collection that had some penguin stickers in it, so I got it out to play with. I used a sentiment from a new stamp set I picked up on Christmas clearance. Yay!
I already had the background made and sitting in my stash, so this was a fast card to put together. Don't you just love this sweet little penguin family!!?? I put on some sparkle by brushing Wink of Stella over the snowflakes and adding sparkly rhinestones.

Supplies used include:
Sentiment from bargain rack stamp set at JoAnn
Versafine ink in Majestic Blue
Echo Park - Winter Wishes collection (retired)
Pink & Main Scallop Waves die set
Winnie & Walter - Essentials: Katharine Cutaways die set
Sparkly adhesive rhinestones from my stash
Wink of Stella pen
DCWV scraps from my stash
Jo is holding her Christmas Kickstart Challenges open all month for the first half of the year, so we have plenty of time to make an entry (or two or three). I hope you will join in the fun!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope you have a wonderful start to a wonderful New Year.
