Card Chain Challenge - September Reveal

Hi, Friends.....

It's time for the September Reveal for the Card Chain Challenge.  It's so much fun to see what everyone has made to share!!

I received this lovely card from Gundi in Germany .....so cute!!  She even included some sweet kitty surprises as a special gift.  Thank you, Gundi!!  ❤

One of the themes for September was a shaped card so I triiiiiiied to make a kitty card using some lovely Paper Smooches dies and some photo-realistic fur patterned paper.  Unfortunately, it ended up looking more like a WOLF!!!  Oh, my.....  (Note to self:  go whimsical, not realistic with these dies!!  lol...) Here's the "wolf-cat" card I made for Nat in Canada.  (sigh...)

Supplies used include:

  • Paper Smooches - Cat Dog Card Dies (retired)
  • Kaisercraft - Pawfect paper set
  • DCWV and Core'dinations scraps for facial features

Hope you liked my card.....even though it looks like a wolf!! Ha. (By the way....I gave the dies a second try on a different card and it turned out looking like a super-cute cat.  Purr!!  I will post it sometime soon.)

You can still sign up for the October exchange through Oct. 7 HERE.  I hope you will join us!!!

Thank you for stopping by!!

Janis

  3. Love your wolf-kitty, Janis! Only joking, I'd have never cried wolf if you hadn't suggested it - looks like a loveable kitty to me. Thanks for being a lovely link in our chain again. And isn't Gundi's card just perfect for you, Jo x
