An oldie, but a fave..... Empty auditorium, indeed! lol.... |
I am here with a masculine graduation card that I made for an order. I love this Unity grab bag sentiment for grads. I used my new graduation cap embossing folder and put the sentiment at a jaunty angle to echo the caps being tossed in the air. The non-fussy nature of this card makes it perfect for a young man.
Products used include:Here's another one of this card in a different color with the sentiment straight. Which do you like better? I think I like the look of the green one a little better because I like straight clean lines. I struggle mightily with getting things lined up straight. So when I intentionally angle things, it makes me feel like I am cheating or didn't do it right. lol....

ReplyDeleteThey are super - I love that embossing folder :-D
ReplyDeleteVery funny kitty meme but soooooo true I feel :-D xxxxx
I like both of them Janis, they would make great grad cards for guys. I struggle with masculine cards all of the time (even for little boys). Hopefully with 2 young grandsons I will come to do better in the future. I'll just follow their interests and hope to use that for ideas.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great sentiment for graduation and excellent embossing folder. Both cards are very nice but favoring the first one and like the diagonal sentiment. I found this for you on your stamp, may need to copy and paste...unity stamps. https://www.unitystampco.com/search.php?search_query=don%27t+follow+your+dreams&page=5§ion=product
ReplyDeleteThank you so much with sharing with us at DOUBLE TROUBLE, and hope you return with some more of your artwork.
Great card design. I like the first one better.
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are perfect for graduation - I would have trouble deciding between the two. I really like the way you used the embossing folder and your sentiment is perfect! Thank you for playing along at Double Trouble.
ReplyDeleteBoth graduation cards are terrific! I prefer the angled one but I like going with a bit of unexpectedness. The embossing is FABulous! Love it in both colors! It adds so much texture and depth. Thanks for participating at HIMCR! Becca~DT
